Janie is an esthetician with a genuine love for helping people feel comfortable, cared for and confident in their own skin. Her work is thoughtful and intentional, whether you’re coming in for a little maintenance, some much-needed self-care, or simply an hour where nobody needs anything from you.
Because for Janie, esthetics is never just about the service. It’s about creating a space where you can exhale. Where there’s no pressure to look a certain way, be a certain way, or have it all together. You get to show up exactly as you are and she’ll take care of the rest.
There’s a reason Janie’s clients become her people. She has this incredibly caring nature that makes you feel looked after from the moment you walk through her door. She remembers the little things, takes her time, and genuinely wants every person in her book to have an amazing experience, never rushed, never transactional. Her clients trust her, feel safe with her, and absolutely adore her because with Janie, exceptional service comes with something you can’t really teach: she genuinely cares.
She brings a quiet warmth to our crew that somehow balances out the rest of our… energy. She’s kind, incredibly easy to be around, and the type of person who makes you feel like you’ve known her much longer than you actually have and that’s a huge part of what we want VERSE to be.

Glow By Katie
The girl behind Glow by Katie — and the one to see when you want that little something that makes you walk out feeling extra good.
Katie is a multi-passionate beauty artist with a love for the details. From lashes and brows to spray tans, teeth whitening, tooth gems and permanent jewelry, she’s built Glow around one pretty simple idea: sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference in how you feel. But if you know Katie, you know the appointment is only half of it.
Katie has this effortlessly funny, completely relatable energy that makes an appointment with her feel less like an appointment and more like hanging out with someone you’ve known forever. She’ll have you laughing, probably oversharing, and somehow leaving with fresh lashes, a new piece of jewelry and another service you suddenly decided you definitely needed. Her clients adore her because she’s incredibly good at what she does without ever taking herself too seriously. She makes beauty feel fun, comfortable and completely judgement-free. With Katie, you don’t just leave feeling a little more put together… you leave in a better mood than you came in. 🤍
Katie is also a Beam Light Pro Stylist and Lash + Brow Tech, and she’s always adding to her craft, learning something new, and finding another fun service to bring behind the doors.

16 years in the industry and the artist behind Creations by Caitlan — and one of the hairstylists you’ll find behind the chair at VERSE.
For Caitlan, the name really says it all, she loves to create. Blondes, dimensional color, rich brunettes, pops of something unexpected, a fresh cut that completely changes how your hair moves — Caitlan loves the process of taking an idea and turning it into something that feels like you and she’s also the kind of stylist who understands that sitting in someone’s chair is personal.
You’re trusting her with your hair, yes… but somewhere between the foils, color bowls and “just a tiny trim” negotiations, you end up talking about life, kids, work, relationships and everything happening in between and Caitlan brings such an easy, genuine energy to that experience.
Caitlan is creative, kind, down-to-earth and always ready to laugh — while always taking in exactly what you’re asking for and figuring out how to bring it to life. She has this big, vibrant energy that you feel the second she walks into a room, the kind that makes people loosen up, laugh a little louder and feel completely at home in her chair. Caitlan loves her people hard, and her clients absolutely adore her for it. They don’t just come back because she does beautiful hair; they come back because somewhere along the way, an appointment with Caitlan starts feeling a lot more like catching up with a friend who also happens to make your hair look fab.

Mandy Hunter Hair
The artist behind MandyHunterHair: hairstylist, educator, color nerd, professional overthinker and one of the four women who call VERSE home.
Mandy has spent the last 18 years behind the chair, and somehow, the longer she does hair, the more obsessed she becomes with understanding it. The chemistry, the color theory, the tiny decisions inside a formulation that completely change the result. Why your curls behave the way they do, why the inspiration photo you brought in may require three appointments, a small miracle and approximately 847 foils.
She wants to know why and then she wants you to understand why, too.
As a Redken Artist + Educator and Redken Certified Haircolorist, education has become a huge part of Mandy’s career. Whether she’s teaching other stylists or standing behind her own chair, her philosophy is the same: Beautiful hair matters. But healthy hair, realistic expectations and a client who actually understands what’s happening on their head? That matters more.
Her work lives somewhere between technical and creative: dimensional color, blonding, grey blending, curls, corrections and the kind of transformations that sometimes require a very honest consultation before anybody reaches for the lightener. Underneath all the formulas, education and hair science is the part she still loves most: the people.
The conversations that have happened in her chair over 18 years. The clients she’s watched get married, have babies, change careers, start over, grow older and become entirely new versions of themselves. Hair has always been the thing that brought everyone into the room, the connection is what made her stay.
